Fees

  1. General Evaluation (high school/secondary education level and higher education/university level documents) cost is: US$75.00 (includes a $50.00 non-refundable fee);

  2. Grade Evaluation (high school/secondary education level documents ONLY) cost: US$130.00 (includes a $50.00 non-refundable fee);

  3. Comprehensive Evaluation (higher education/university level documents) cost: US$185.00 (includes a $50.00 non-refundable fee);

  4. Comprehensive Evaluation (for Professional Boards - higher education/university level documents ONLY) cost: US$200.00 (includes a $50.00 non-refundable fee)



Rush Services

  • RUSH services are available to all clients.
  • RUSH services are usually completed within two to three business days after all required documents and all fees have been received; during peak times, this office reserves the right to extend RUSH services period from three to five business days.
  • The cost for RUSH services is an additional 100% of the fees to be paid for the translation and/or evaluation selected.

 


Additional Copies

  • Additional copies are available to all clients.
  • The cost is US$15.00 per copy if requested at the time application is submitted.

  • The cost is US$25.00 per copy if requested after an evaluation/translation has been completed.
  • If you require an extra copy please notify us via email. Please include your name, year of evaluation, number of copies, the address of where you want your copies sent and payment information. Please remember to include mailing fees in your total if you need the copies mailed.

 


Reopening File Fee

  • If your evaluation was completed, you may request that we reopen your file. You only need to reopen your file if you need to add documents to your evaluation or to update the level of the evaluation previously completed.
  • You do not need to reopen your file if you only want extra copies.
  • The cost is US$50.00 for reopening fee, $30.00 for 2 copies of the new evaluation plus the difference between the evaluation paid for and the evaluation now required.

 


Postage Fees

  • All clients must select the means of delivery for evaluations and/or translations completed. Postage fees should be added to the cost of the evaluation packet selected.

  • Please note that each evaluation and/or translation includes two copies, one for the client and one for the institution. If you need each mailed to a different place, you must pay for two separate mailings.

  • US Post Office Registered Priority mail: US$15.00 (in the US only)

  • US Post Office Express Mail: US$25.00 (in the US only)

  • UPS: US$30.00 (in the US only)

  • International Postage:

    • Canada, Mexico & Latin America: US$40.00

    • Other countries: US$50.00
