At Academic Evaluation Services, Inc., we base our
evaluations on the most current professional resources in the
field. They include publications and databases on foreign
educational systems, presentations in regional, state, national
and international conferences, and professional training seminars.
As new information becomes available, we may at a
later time reassess your evaluation and, if applicable, update
equivalencies.
In order to safeguard the integrity of our services and of your documents,
we require that all documents submitted for evaluation be official documents, that is, mailed directly
to our office from the institution attended.
We reserve the right to decline any request for
services whenever we deem it appropriate to do so.
Completed evaluations / translations will be retained
for five (5) years.
Review of evaluations after three months from the date when evaluation was issued requires payment of the reopening file fee.
Within the five years we retain your records, you may submit new documents to
be added to an evaluation already completed. It requires a new application and the reopening file fee, not
an evaluation package fee. We will contact you if any additional fees are required for the evaluation of
the new documents.
Fees are not refunded once an application is submitted
except in cases of overpayment or in cases when this company
declines to provide the services requested. Fees are subject to
change without notice.
All documents submitted for evaluation or translation,
including all official transcripts, become the property of Academic Evaluation Services, Inc.
