Comprehensive Evaluation (higher education / university level)
- establishes the equivalent degree(s) or years of study for documents submitted
- includes a course-by-course analysis with credits, equivalent grades and grade point average. According to institutional preference, credits may be identified as L/lower-division (freshman/sophomore), U/upper-division (junior/ senior) or G/graduate-level credits, and courses may either reflect the same order as in the original document(s) or be organized by fields of study
Grade Evaluation (only for high school / secondary education level)
- establishes the equivalent degree(s) or years
of study for documents submitted
- includes a course-by-course analysis with equivalent grades and grade point average; courses listed reflect the same order as in the document(s) submitted
General Evaluation
- establishes the equivalent degree(s) or years of study for documents submitted
Documents required for evaluation
- our application form (including the Privacy Statement, if you are authorizing someone to act on your behalf)
- official transcripts, mailed directly to us from the institution(s) that you attended.
- a certified English translation for each academic document (unless you are requesting us to translate the document, for which we will require an additional fee). Translations submitted with documents to be evaluated must be performed by foreign nationals certified as translators in the country of origin or by individuals certified as translators in the United States.
- pre-payment of our evaluation and/or translation fee(s); no sevices will be provided until fees paid by personal check are cleared by the bank
Once we have received a complete set of the above documents,
we will produce your evaluation or translation in three to four weeks.. You will receive two copies of the evaluation
and/or translation.
