Certified translations submitted must include the documents translated in the original language they were issued.

If you are requesting a translation for documents in a language other than French, Portuguese or Spanish, you are encouraged to request a quote for the services.

If you are located in a foreign country, you must request information regarding international postage fees prior to submitting your application. Fees paid for services request must include postage fees.

If you are authorizing someone to make inquiries on your behalf, don’t forget to indicate his/her name in the space provided on the Family Educational Right to Privacy Act statement.
